Vitor Roque started his football career when he joined Atletico Minero youth setup in 2015 at the young age of ten. He spent four years impressing with Atletico Minero youth teams before he signed a youth contract with Cruzeiro in a complicated transfer move in 2019.
Cruzeiro
On the 21st of May 2021, Vitor signed his first professional contract with Cruzeiro and made his professional debut for the club on the 12th of October, 2021 coming on a second half substitute in a stalemate draw against Botafogo. He would become a part of the club’s first team after his debut and scored his first goal for Cruzeiro on the 20th of February 2022 in a 2-2 draw against Villa Nova.
Athletico Paranaense
It was announced on the 13th of April, 2022 that Vitor Roque had been signed by Athletic Paranaense for a fee of $25 million thereby becoming the most expensive player in the history of the club.
